Due to increased growth in their market, this organisation is looking to recruit a Client Liaison Officer to support their customers.

Working in a small team of eight, you will be responsible to following up with customers on their initial enquiry into gaining finance. You will liaise with these customers to ensure they have all the information they need to complete their applications.
In addition to this, you will handle the telephone volumes into the office, maintain a database and complete general administrative duties.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have excellent customer services skills, strong communication skills and be a team player.

Ideally you will be an experienced banking or finance customer services offices or administrator who is looking for a long term career within a boutique organisation that is proud to offer personalised services to their customers.
