Brisbane City Council\'s multi-award winning Contact Centre needs an inspirational leader with superior staff development skills and a talent for being able to strike the correct balance between people and performance. Being on the cusp of a significant period of change, we are seeking innovative change champions to lead from the front in our dynamic Contact Centre.

An inspirational and motivated leader, you have exceptional change management skills coupled with a strong continuous improvement focus. You enjoy seeing your team achieve personal and business goals and are equally committed to achieving these for yourself.
Your strengths are your strong analytical ability, problem solving skills and highly developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills. You also have a proven track record of being able to meet tight deadlines in complex situations. Having built something of a reputation for being able to deliver positive business outcomes and cultivate exceptional business relationships with all stakeholders, this role should be your logical next career step.
To be considered for this role, you will need to:
- be flexible to be able to work in a variety of locations from time to time, depending on business needs (may include Carindale, Chermside, Indooroopilly or the Brisbane CBD)
- preferably have leadership experience within a contact centre environment.
