Based in Logan QLD, an opportunity for a four month contract has arisen for an experienced ER/IR advisor to extend their skills in the public sector.

Supported and guided by the ER program leader you will provide informed advice on a varied range of awards, agreements and legislative matters to both management and staff.

You will become involved with the development, implementation and monitoring of policies, directives and procedures as well as the investigation of issues, the mediation of disputes and the facilitation of their resolve. Your ability to interpret and apply awards, enterprise agreements, employment laws and legislations as well as the production of complex concise written information will be valued in this role

Whilst not essential, related tertiary education and experience with contemporary HRIS knowledge will assist you application. You must also have the ability to communicate confidently and negotiate at all levels.
