To provide consulting support to various Accenture projects. Consultants help create client’s key strategic operational and business systems.

 As SAP FICO Functional Consultants, your key responsibilities may include:
 
  • Supervising business diagnosis and planning activities
  • Analysis and quality assurance of the data collected
  • Assisting in formulating specific solutions to address prioritised gaps
  • Supervising business architecture and process design activities
  • Assisting in the development of capabilities and performance measurements/KPIs
  • Supervising business architecture implementation activities
  • Defining testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes
  • Developing and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
  • Preparing the client for deployment (communications, training)
 
You will be able to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. In addition, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
 
  • At least 2 years SAP R/3 consulting experience in SAP FICO
  • Strong experience in business process re-engineering
  • Strong knowledge of FICO functions and processes such as Foundational Learning, Knowledge Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Requirements/Needs Analysis, and Change Readiness Assessment
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
  • Relevant degree in Finance, Business, Computing or a relevant discipline
