On behalf of a client Adecco is seeking a qualified and experienced Telecommunications Technician capable of estimating and providing hands on assistance to their team.

Located in Gladstone, Queensland our client has a wide range of customers including large industrym mining, SME, Government and LNG projects.

The Key requirements of the role include:

• Current ACMA Licences
• Current Drivers Licence
• Experience in Structured Cabling
• Experience in installations of key systems such as LG, Aria and Toshiba
• Excellent Verbal, Written and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
• Project Management skills
• Team Player with knowledge of IP Solutions
• Strong Customer Service skills

Ideally the technician will have a strong background in the Telco environment. Sound knowledge of PABX, Carrier Access, ISDN, switches, VOiP, IP Networks, voice and data and Fibre Optic.

Knowledge and experience in CCTV, Access Control, IP Environment and Fibre Optic will be an advantage.

The remuneration package will be negotiated on experience and skills.
