We are seeking an experienced, pragmatic and energetic manager capable of achieving profitability and growth targets and possessing the motivation to build and develop a culture aligned with the Konekt vision and values.
   
This role will see you involved in a diverse range of activities including:
• Operational management: quality control, resource management, business planning, reporting and analysis of markets, customers and services
• Financial management: P&L responsibility
• Customer management: developing and maintaining customer relationships through new business development, and account management
• Human Resource management - providing support, leadership and mentoring to a team of consultants and other managers 
 
You will develop and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage staff to achieve key business objectives; monitor the industry, market and trends and undertake business development and marketing activities. As an Assistant Business Manager you will also be responsible for managing your own caseload of injured workers. 
 
Ideally you\'re an energetic and resourceful professional able drive business growth. If you enjoy the challenge of expanding your skills, have strong leadership ability, proven business development skills and high level organisational, problem solving and decision-making skills then this is the role for you. Previous experience in a similar role within the health industry will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health discipline are essential. Occupational Therapy is preferred, however Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists are also encouraged to apply.
