We have an immediate position vacancy for  an experienced and seasoned Facility Manager from the Aged Care industry.

Our client is the front runner in this sector with a remarkable reputation nationally and due to ongoing growth and development they have a need to appoint an ambitious Facility Manager for a location based in the inner suburbs of Brisbane.

You will be responsible for delivering optimal business results from your high class facilities including driving financial accountability and outcomes and supporting facilities to provide the highest possible quality of care. You will support and implement company programs and initiatives within the facilities and monitor compliance with new processes and requirements.

What we are looking for:

• Solid experience as a facilities manager within the aged care industry
• Relevant qualifications and experience - either business or clinical
• Either a commercial minded FM or Clinical FM background-Aged Care experience essential
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Good business management skills
• Superb at building relationships with people at any level
• Well presented with a flexible approach
