The role will have a State focus (Queensland) and you\'ll provide much needed support to the Property Team. In this role you\'ll be representing the retailer reporting into the Property Services Manager and will have full back up and support from a Senior Management team.
Your duties will include lease negotiations and renewals, new store openings, assisting with site identification and acquisitions, assisting the project team and general assistance as required by the property team.
You\'ll bring with you a passion for property and a natural aptitude for excellence, a relevant degree would help in addition to exposure to a similar retail property environment (lease administration/leasing paralegal/retail property management).
