Currently seeking an experienced professional Corporate Facilities Manager to head up the Business Services team, this organisation aims to attract and retain the very best industry people.

As the Corporate Facilities Manager you will manage a small team to provide optimum business and work environment services to the Brisbane centre. With strong leadership, customer service and relationship building skills, the day-to-day type operations of this role will see the delivery of facilities management and corporate services within a corporate office environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include overseeing general maintenance and soft services activities; tenancy management (including security of tenancy); business records, assets and office equipment management; setting and maintaining capital and operational budgets; fit-out, refurbishment and contractor management.
