This client is a world leader and a dynamic organisation that has a once in a lifetime opportunity available for one very talented and lucky individual.

There is an immediate need for a Senior Manager with extensive experience in corporate facilities and property management to manage a large national team and maintain a profitable and efficient operation. You will direct and manage all FM activities on property and accommodation sites while maintaining a high level of service delivery. You will prepare and monitor budgets and reports and provide leadership to all staff within the business units.

To be successful we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Solid background in corporate facilities management position - in a senior (state, regional, national) FM role.
  • Proven experience managing a large property and FM portfolio with a wide geographical spread
  • Proven experience managing large diverse teams with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Experience preparing analysing and monitoring budgets
  • Experience in managing skateholder relationships
  • Project planning and transition management
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and always evolving environment
  • Be flexible with interstate travel
