Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and management of service and administration departments to ensure fast, friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Manage customer queries in a professional manner and importance of urgency
- Ensure effective rostering of Associates to meet the needs of the business
- Record daily and weekly register and summary results
- Ensure all Associates meet company dress standards and present themselves in a professional manner

To be considered for this position you will be able to meet the following:
- Previous retail management experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Strong leadership skills
- A passion for customer service and achievement of sales
- Demonstrated ability in people management, stock management, merchandising and loss prevention processes
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Awareness of Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- The ability to work across a 7 day trading roster which will include late nights and weekends
